Te explico de qué va la hipnosis Ericksoniana y sus matices.

La hipnosis Ericksoniana es una técnica terapéutica suave y natural que trabaja con tu propia mente inconsciente para ayudarte a resolver patrones emocionales, físicos o conductuales que te afectan en el día a día.
